Very well run building. Landlord is very responsive
Pros
Big apartments. Very clean and well managed building.
Cons
No laundry in the apartment but coin-op in the basement
Advice to the owners
Install coinless laundry. Constantly going to the bank for quarters.

Lovely but expensive
Pros
Full floor apartment in well maintained small building with great light in great location
Cons
Rent was increased aggressively with each lease renewal and we were eventually priced out within a couple of years. This was during a period where rents were decreasing across much of the city.
Advice to the owners
Don't increase rent beyond the level of inflation for good tenants.
