Former tenant·4 months ago

Do Not Move here if it was the last place to live!

Pros

There are no pros. It’s a great neighborhood. Excellent MTA, but the building is a living nightmare. I don’t understand why is it under the zip code 11230. The correct number is 11218

Cons

The building is infested with roaches. The super is a pervert who preys on any woman that moves in You think after being in court for it that he would stop but nope. The elevator is old and often gets stuck. The kids running around in that building. They are all garbage everywhere and there’s always spit or pet urine on the elevator, but the infestation of roaches is very awful.

Advice to the owners

Stop eating the rent money And take care of your building get a new Super And fix the roach issue
