No issues during stay here
Pros
- Live in super is very responsive - Virtual doorman system relatively secure for getting packages
Cons
- some bugs in apartment but no roaches - small units

Overpriced shoe box
Pros
Location was good, renovated apartment, helpful super.
Cons
Cops/fire trucks/ambulances always getting stuck on block due to double parkers, Tap water was never cold, layout was awkward, place was small, walls are too thin, shower is super small, OVERPRICED.
Advice to the owners
Stop charging people 4 grand to live in a shithole
