Good location, Good building, managment slow to respond to non-urgent issues
Pros
Never had an issue with the neighbors, right next to subway line. Heating/water is good
Cons
Owner takes a while to respond if they don't think your maintenance issue is urgent

Great Apartment, Good Location
Pros
Good management, good super, locations was perfect and close to Columbia University campus.
Cons
No elevator to this building.
Advice to the owners
Can there be a way to include a student discount for Columbia students?
