Cold and loud

In unit laundry, nice architecture, roof access
Cons
NO HEAT, i wake up in the middle of the night and can see my breath!!! Submitted a complaint have not heard of any concrete plan to help. LOUD neighbors across the street keep me up at night with their concert level loudness) music on a Wednesday night at 2 am.

in unit laundry kind super very close to dunkin donuts, costco, target, aldi very close to bus, not too far from train
Cons
Bedbugs found upon move-in! no heat in one room, heaters did not work in other bedrooms one of the maintenance men made female tenants uncomfortable had to ask landlord multiple times for information/said he would take my ac unit to storage and never did?

please communicate more with residents!
