Nothing memorable. Money hungry per usual
Pros
Modern exteriors, laundry in building, good garbage disposal
Cons
Management poor to respond to complaints, hot water went off when we lived here due to maintenance upstairs

Pros
Laundry in unit, secure front entry, great bathroom
Cons
Terrible water leaks from ceiling that were never resolved, access door to roof came off hinges, radiators spraying water/steam, landlords take a long time to respond to issues, located quite far from any grocery store
Advice to the owners
Roof needs to be redone, ceilings and wiring in 3rd floor checked for mold/water damage
