Good First Place to Live
Pros
Cheap, great location, in unit laundry, close to lots of food
Cons
Rats, roaches, and fruit flies galore Very loud area

Not a Forever Home, but a Home
Pros
The building was clean, and trash in the basement was emptied regularly.
Cons
Packages kept getting stolen, and some of the neighbors with kids would have them play in the hallway outside my door.
