Management has room for improvement
Pros
Good location on the Upper West Side
Cons
Management is frequently unresponsive. Management has also been slow to respond to safety issues. This includes a longtime broken gutter that allowed a dangerous amount of ice to accumulate on the steps.
Advice to the owners
Increase level of responsiveness. Address safety issues promptly and satisfactorily. Proactively address quality of life issues including multiple years of scaffolding. Respond to emails.

A true home
Pros
A charming building filled with wonderful neighbors (note - moved out a couple years ago). Location could not be better.
Cons
Occasional pests and classic issues of an older building
