Erratic experience
Pros
Nice sized master bedroom. Quiet in terms of noise from the street:
Cons
Neighbors can be excessively loud. Building has some issues with mice and bugs. Dirty tenants.

More excessive actions towards people who are too loud without considering their neighbors

Beautiful building but needs more attentive owners

it's kept clean by the building super, neighbors are respectful
Cons
Management doesn't seem to care to effectively fix issues in the apartments when they arise
