After more than a year, I never saw anything more serious than plant gnats or the rare fly coming in through an open window. Gas stove/oven. Fair price

The apartment hasn’t been updated in a while
Advice to the owners
Property owner is responsive and helpful, and a good deal for older graduate students at Pratt.
