Awful, dirty, do not bother!

The building is absolutely filthy!! Landlord will not resolve tenant issues. The apartment has never been cleaned, was found dirty and filthy! Extremely neglected building and apartments. The stairs are falling apart. Not safe. The heating does not work well. It’s freezing in some rooms and boiling in other rooms. No air conditioning. The electricity can be as high as $800 or more per months during the summer. The super is a psychopath and kicks the doors of the tenants apartment. The super even threw all the trash all over my apartment floor!! You have to bring out your own trash and recycle every time. I would 1000% never recommend!!
Advice to the owners
Clean the building, hire a professional super, answer your tenants emails and concerns!!
