Solid building management
Pros
responsive management and kind maintenance crew. sometimes repairs can be a bit bootleg but they get the job done quickly and mostly efficiently.
Cons
dates fixtures and have had issues with key card. but when brought up to management, they quickly solved issues
Advice to the owners
Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are extremely dated and can be leaky.

Pros
Great location, cleaning team was there each week
Cons
Landlord unwilling to fix many issues with the apartment. Continued to raise the rent excessively despite this when resigning. There were many issues with the front door of the building which was a safety concern for tenants.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants and consider how much money they are paying in rent.
