Unethical landlord, would not recommend

Unethical landlord, his wife is a lawyer so he can easily abuse tenants and shirk the law. Wouldn't recommend living here. Extremely penny-pinching and unreasonable in his demands. Will not make necessary repairs or return your security deposit, either.
