Sad to leave this place

Pros

We loved living here but we had to leave as the owner was selling the building. A very quiet block with lovely neighbor has.

Cons

We did have mice, but we never had roaches. Hallway could use some renovation.

Advice to the owners

Upgrade the hallways. The floors need replacement.
