good apartment !
Pros
Thick walls, relatively good management response time, minimal pests for an old nyc building, warm in the winter, right near the 7 train
Cons
Water temperature rapidly changes, occasionally to scalding temperatures with no warning. Can be loud when there's traffic as it's right off Queens Blvd. Very few outlets in each room.

Pros
landlord very easy to reach and quick to fix things, takes good care of the building and it’s tenants.
Cons
Some water pressure issues but not a big deal
