Really responsive super and landlord, quiet, great location

Roaches are bad

Building wide get people to treat the roaches

Awful landlord, not even a microwave included
Pros
Location, nearby subway but you can find so many in the area that are the same and get at a least a dishwasher
Cons
Not worth the price. Walk up, and just awfulll management to work with.
