Horrible responsiveness, okay apartment
Pros
Laundry in building, common areas cleaned once a month, great location
Cons
Literally impossible to get in touch with super, tons of unanswered texts and calls, landlord does nothing about this. Leaks for months that went unaddressed. Cockroaches never fully eradicated

Live in super, beautiful street, lovely windows
Cons
Relentless pests. Cheap management. Cockroaches and mice no matter how clean and paranoid you are. Everything falls apart, refused to replace front door despite non fun timing knob Spent 2k of my own money on exterminators.
