Unresponsive Management and Roaches
Pros
Decent pricing considering the makers when signing, somewhat nice kitchen counter from remodel, location
Cons
Not clean, unresponsive management especially with roach issues, consistent roach issues they go unaddressed, broken laundry machines for MONTHS
