Look elsewhere on the upper west side

Pros

Great location, generally updated building and apartments

Cons

Management is obnoxious and not responsive. Super is nice but I have no idea when he’s coming to look at a problem in my apartment. Heat is non existent, apartment has been 10 degrees colder (less than 60) this winter and has not been fixed by management despite my calling NYC housing. They say heat is included but I had to buy a space heater which doubled my electric bill. Tub faucet leaks leaving a mildew rim if I don’t clean it for more than one day (management won’t fix it), and the water is usually not that warm. I have multiple friends who live on the west side and pay similar rents for much better, warmer apartments with more responsive management. Disappointed in this place given how expensive it is.

Advice to the owners

Please fix the heat and don’t be so dismissive of tenants’ issues
