Great location to drive or take the train
Cons
Roach and Mouse problem for years. Lazy super.

Update the building and solve the pest problem

apartments are large and spacious. nice area.
Cons
elevator is CONSTANTLY out, with no word from the super whatsoever. so called free pest removal but whenever you write your name down no one shows. just awful management.
