Really terrible landlord

Very good location. Close to park
Cons
The owner is terrible. Any issue you bring to her she blames on you and is incredibly disrespectful and impossible to work with. She doesn’t care about her building at all, and the maintenance/ upkeep is nonexistent
Advice to the owners
Do better
