Pros
Beautfil apartment building. Good layouts. Quiet apartments.
Cons
No air conditioning in lobby

Great building all around
Pros
Gary is a very friendly and responsive Super! The building is well maintained, problems are addressed very quickly.
Cons
There is no garbage chute so trash cans in hallways are sometimes full and bags are sitting around it. But maintenance picks it up several times per day so it’s not been a serious problem.
Advice to the owners
Keep Gary around as long as possible.
