Great management, clean apartment, nice place to live
Pros
Great management, clean apts, really a great spot for people on a tighter budget
Cons
Walls are paper thin and everyone has a dog. You cant walk downstairs to go outside without dogs barking from hearing your footsteps. I also can hear my neighbor having sex all time. That's my main complaint.

heat was an issue all winter but they fixed it...in march finally.
Advice to the owners
Listen to tenants complains!
