Good Building, Great In-house Staff
Pros
The in-house staff (concierge, porters) are all wonderful. Neighbors are usually pretty nice. Building is typically pretty quiet. Most facilities issues are addressed quickly.
Cons
Building management can be abrasive. When I asked why there was a unit on my floor with the exact same layout and sq footage that was $200 cheaper per month, they couldn't give me an answer
Advice to the owners
Be willing to work with great tenants in regards to rent negotiation

Clean convenient living
Pros
Solid, reliable building amenities (gym, washer/dryer in unit, garbage collection) and responsive management
Cons
Can hear subway sometimes if window open
