Pleasant well kept building
Pros
Generally very quiet, yet extremely close to everything you could want. Building was well maintained, with a responsive super.
Cons
Very small bedrooms, building next door hosted rooftop raves occasionally(only certain holidays) that would go long into the night. Laundry room located next building over in the basement.

King is great
Pros
- things get fixed quickly - building itself is nice and clean - in an amazing location - very nice people in building
Cons
- can hear a lot of what neighbors are doing - had two roaches in the apartment
