Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great elevators
Cons
Gym is very small, pool fees outrageous, half rooftop only open, strict 2 person limit for rooftop

well-managed building in murray hill
Pros
very well managed building with great doormen and staff and a wide range of amenities. good bang for your buck in terms of price with reasonable rent increases if any
Cons
really depends on landlord - some landlords are not very responsive location not convenient extra fees - broker fee, condo fee, etc.
