Slow to fix anything if at all
Pros
Nice neighbors. Rent stabilized.
Cons
Management takes time to fix anything. Unless it’s an emergency it won’t get fixed at all. There are electric heater/AC units, you pay the electricity for heat and if it breaks they take a while to fix. No laundry in building or anywhere near.
Advice to the owners
Install actual heaters and provide heat for your tenants.
