best location in williamsburg
Pros
loved it’s access to amazing restaurants and bars. the building is beautiful and well maintained and the live in super is a really nice guy!
Cons
There are cockroaches is common areas like hallways even with pest control, but it’s an old building so understandable.

New finishes for a great price

Renovated apts in an amazing location with the best prices for what you're getting

We did see a couple of mice but the live in super is on top of all issues
