Got Really Lucky
Pros
I had a great experience at this building. The floors are beautiful, hardly ever saw any bugs, great bathroom and water pressure. Plus the location is amazing. Never really had a serious issue with anything.
Cons
Very easy to hear people in the hallway, didn’t have heat for a few weeks (but management was very responsive), hallway fire alarms often chirp for long periods of time before being changed.
