Great Super for the Building!

Pros

The super Veronica, is the best! She was there to help me get into my apartment when I was locked out late at night. The location is also great.

Cons

Too expensive for what you get. Inefficient heating/cooling- you will have the most massive coned bill for hardly any usage.

Advice to the owners

These apartments are pretty small, lower the rent.
