Great location with everything you need right outside. Safe too.
Cons
VERY loud from Manhattan Ave and backyard bar

Will miss the landlord
Pros
Lots of natural light in front units. Great business owners on first floor that you get to know well. Landlord and management company are absolutely lovely people that really care and take care of things for you when you need.
Cons
Some neighbors are loud and sound proofing isn’t that great.

Offer an electronic way to pay rent
