Stay away! Beautiful building, but not worth it.
Pros
Beautiful classic brownstone, beautiful apartment. Friendly neighbors.
Cons
Was not well maintained (building or apartment). Owner was extremely emotionally abusive and manipulative. When things didn’t work it was very hard to get them fixed, if they got fixed at all.
