Don't ever rent from here

Near to the city.
Cons
Everything. - Owner invades into your space anytime / day she wants. - She will turn off heat and gas when she can't unjustly increase the rent. She will accuse you of using A/C even when you didn't. - There is rodent issues in the house. - Smelly sewage flooding. - Tap water tastes nasty. - Avoid basement rooms at all cost. - Overcrowding, has 8 rooms in the house. You can expect noises from other tenants due to how badly and cheaply constructed the whole house is. - Owner will keep increasing your rent just as when she likes for reasons that aren't even valid.
