Decent place to live
Pros
It's a decent building, especially for the price. Good space in apts, and balconies. Its somewhat clean, They take out trash often. Working elevator, cute backyard and dope rooftop. Decent gym.
Cons
Toilet wasn't working when I moved in, very strange noise coming from apartment vent. The basement is scary, please clean it and make it a bit more inviting. No keyless entry :(
Advice to the owners
Please put everything in place before you give keys to a tenant to move in. Its your responsibility to apply fresh paint, and make sure everything works in the unit. Do your part like you expect tenants to do theirs.

Nice building, nice neighborhood
Pros
Loved the balcony, beautiful new appliances, very nice apartment.
Cons
It’s a bit small. Not a lot of storage space. 2 bedrooms really feel like a one bedroom.
