Good value apartment
Pros
Good price. Rent stabilized. Spacious and sunny. Kind landlord. Great part of Astoria.
Cons
Roach infestation in unit. No laundry. Poor sound insulation between floors. Heat could be noisy.

Wonderful place to live!
Pros
Overall wonderful, kept warm, nice neighbours, water pressure is decent once I changed the shower head.
Cons
Walls are surprisingly thin, can hear doors close and open, neighbours overhead, but not much of voices luckily. Definite roach problem but nothing unmanageable. Shower water temperature changes suddenly and unexpectedly, but that's to be expected in an apartment building.
