Not well kept

Could be nice if it was maintenance more
Cons
The doorbells or buzzer do not work. The mail and packages are hard to receive. The hallways are never cleaned. Lots of rats come up to the apartments. The heat comes out very loud and too hot at times. Makes the apartments very steamy. The shower water gets hot & cold while using, hard to control.
Advice to the owners
Please get someone to maintenance this building. Keep it clean and fix the buzzer system!
