In a great, quiet area with nice neighbors.
Cons
Heat control is terrible. It’s either a sauna or freezing.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to tenants and get a better interior thermometer!

Pros
Beautiful layout and skylight. Updated fridge and stove. Rare in NYC
Cons
Safety. Neighbor was strange and many people came in and out. There was an attempted break in.
Advice to the owners
Cameras in the hallways and entrance. Monitor who is on the lease and who is living in the apt.
