New Management is a nightmare

Pros

New building which ensures a certain level of upkeep and quality you can't find with "historical buildings".

Cons

New building management- Spring Leasing- is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Since they took over, most issues take months for any active solution. Amenities have fallen to the wayside with building leaks, no working laundry facilities, gym that is in shambles, and severe lag time for any issues.

Advice to the owners

Building management knows they have the upper hand and needs to respect the tenants who have not seen a reduction in their rent yet amenities and building issues have gone downhill in an alarming rate. Please respond and fix these requests in a timely manner rather than forcing tenants to gather and complain for months and months before any action is taken.
