Love this building
Pros
First apartment I have not seen a single bug in. Management is super responsive, doormen are great, neighbors are chill.
Cons
Not many. Location is a bit far from from the train, but I knew that going into it.

Good location. Friendly neighbors. Well maintained. Close to prospect park
Cons
Heat during winter was unbearable. Super was generally responsive but unprofessional. The neighborhood itself is quite loud
