Cute and Spacious
Pros
lots of light in every room, big closets, responsive landlords, vintage-feel, spacious, quiet neighborhood, heating, window A/C unit provided
Cons
carpet (if you don't like carpet), shower had disgusting curtain, sometimes you could hear downstairs if they were loud, no laundry, looked a bit outdated, landlords required payment via check only
Advice to the owners
Add laundry units and maybe get rid of the carpet :)
