Not bad for a first place
Pros
I liked the location and apartment size.
Cons
I had an issue with mold but they brought someone in quickly to resolve it. The bathroom tub also was bad about water staying on top of it
Advice to the owners
Maintain any water damages

Small but good location
Pros
Apartments are clean. Laundry in the building. Convenient location to L, G, J, M.
Cons
Apartments are small. Can hear a lot of upstairs neighbors walking around. Garbage management on the street is terrible. Area feels a little unsafe at times.
Advice to the owners
Do a better job of cleaning up the front sidewalk of the building. It’s not nice to have trash out there everyday
