Good layout bad management

Quiet, good amount of space for the price
Cons
Building and amenities are falling apart. This building is not equipped to withstand any more storms. Mold is an issue. Moved in with a broken refrigerator that barely shut, we all lost our groceries multiple times. They never sent a repair person and are now trying to charge us for the broken fridge. The ceiling has collapsed in multiple rooms with barely any repairs and they are trying to not return our security deposit after the ceiling ruined our personal property.
Advice to the owners
This building is not safe.
