Roach and Mice Infestation - Avoid Building
Pros
Doormen are absolutely excellent
Cons
Roaches and mice in unit and roaches in basement Super and management company unresponsive / very hard to deal with
Advice to the owners
Better pest control, each unit with issue needs specialized care. Need more responsiveness as a whole

Great building other than roaches
Pros
Doormen are amazing. Building is quiet. People are friendly.
Cons
A lot of roaches. I even had the exterminator come to spray my apt every month… but we would still get 2-3 roaches per month. My unit was somewhat outdated.
Advice to the owners
Better pest control.
