Great experience at 515
Pros
Lived here for 4 years and had a great experience overall! Management is responsive and the super is fantastic. Large apartments that have been recently renovated.
Cons
Location was a bit far from the Q train and right across from Con-Ed which could be noisy at times for street-facing rooms. The stairs get tiring if you live on a high floor but that's life in a walk-up.

Great apartment, quiet location.
Pros
Quiet location on a dead end street. Great size bedrooms with large closets.
Cons
Communal stairways are dirty and not cleaned regularly.
