Great building in Astoria
Pros
Quiet , and clean building
Cons
The units don’t offer free heat or free hot water. Each unit has an electrical heater for temperature and water. It gets expensive in colder months. The units also doesn’t have any vents for the bathroom and kitchen.

Overall Cozy Building
Pros
The location is fantastic. Very close to public transportation and shopping districts in Forest Hills. Quality of each unit varies as each is owned by its own person.
Cons
Garbage room has a propensity to stink up the first floor hallway, but management is attempting to remedy. The floors are a bit thin so you'll need carpeting.
