Looks good online but horrible to live in
Pros
The apartment comes with a parking space but the street parking can block you in if not parked a small distance off because of the angle.central heat but no central air.
Cons
Drafty windows ,lousy property manager that blames you for the building falling apart,water damage that never got fixed,covered up mold with vinyl walls,broken handles to cupboards and doors,garbage left behind by previous tenants just hidden in back spaces of the built in cabinets,Broker was expensive and didn't help at all,owner sides with property manager over what is cheap and what is not,was without heat in the winter, gas stove leaks gas easily,washer dryer knob is too much of a pricy fix.

Get a job you can do
