Not so good
Pros
Close to subway.
Cons
Leaks, appliance issues, mold, hear everything with neighbors/outside, maintenance never fixes issues (been 6 mo), very small couldn’t have more than 2 people in apartment at a time, no elevator, to expensive for quality.

some good delis within a 3 block radius. Never got a noise complaint
