Nice building but many issues
Pros
Location on Carl Schurz Park and the East River is fantastic Shopping in the area is good but very pricey Apartments are small, but not tiny
Cons
2 elevators to serve over 140 units and one was constantly breaking down The door staff were incredibly nosy
Advice to the owners
Renovate, renovate, renovate The building is over 70 years old and many units still have original fixtured
