Great Building in an Unfortunate Location

Friendly and responsive doorman/porters; Good sized units; Big laundry room; Central location close to PABT and Penn
Cons
Noise from 9th avenue and Lincoln tunnel can be unbearably loud, even late into the night with sirens/honking

kind doormen, clean, upscale finishing, strong A/C and heating unit for studio
Cons
neighbors were loud, but could have been one-off issue
