Location, responsiveness of management company, neighbors are nice
Cons
The way the ACs are installed into the bedrooms cuts out large chunks of floor space

Solid apartment building with great management

Management is responsive and great
Cons
Building is dirty. There are multiple sittings of bugs in the common areas but none in my apartment luckily
